Ownership is harder to prove than a celebrity photo
A celebrity standing beside a private jet does not prove that she owns it. The aircraft may be chartered, leased, held by an LLC or trust, shared with a partner, or simply carrying the celebrity as a passenger.
That distinction matters because the original version of this list presented ten women as confirmed aircraft owners and attached precise models and prices to several entries. The public evidence reviewed for this update supports a more careful conclusion: some women have made direct ownership claims, while others are documented users or are linked to aircraft through secondary reporting—but their personal legal ownership is not publicly established.
Aircraft values below are not treated as verified purchase prices unless a source directly documents the transaction. FAA registration identifies the registered legal owner, but an LLC or trust record does not automatically reveal the beneficial owner.
1. Kim Kardashian — “Kim Air” is linked to an LLC
Kim Kardashian has publicly described a custom private jet known as Kim Air as her own. Aviation reporting commonly identifies the aircraft linked to that claim as a Gulfstream G650ER, registration N1980K.
The FAA record is more precise: N1980K is a 2011 Gulfstream GVI/G650ER registered to Noel Air LLC. The record does not name Kardashian personally, so the safest wording is that she has publicly presented the aircraft as her own while the legal ownership is held through an LLC whose beneficial ownership was not established in the sources reviewed.
Reports of a $95 million purchase or a $150 million finished value are media estimates, not verified transaction figures. Kardashian’s 2018 flight on a Boeing 747SP should not be counted as ownership; Forbes identified that aircraft as belonging to Las Vegas Sands.

2. Kylie Jenner — reported purchase, personal ownership unconfirmed
Kylie Jenner has been photographed using a private jet, and Page Six reported that she bought a customized aircraft through an unnamed source. The aircraft most often linked to her is registration N810KJ.
The FAA lists N810KJ as a 2019 Bombardier BD-700-2A12 registered to Rise & Shine Air LLC, not Kylie Jenner personally. No public beneficial-ownership document was located in the review. For that reason, Kylie is better described as a reported buyer and documented user than as a personally confirmed legal owner.
The $50 million–$72 million figures repeated in media coverage are estimates. They should not be presented as a verified purchase price, and the aircraft should not automatically be called a Global 7500 when the FAA record uses the BD-700-2A12 designation.

3. Taylor Swift — historical ownership and current use are different questions
Taylor Swift has a well-documented history of private-aircraft use. Reporting in 2024 said she had owned a Dassault Falcon 900 for more than a decade, and that aircraft, registration N898TS, was transferred to Triangle Real Estate LLC in January 2024.
The same reporting associated a remaining Dassault Falcon 7X with Island Jet Inc. However, the current public record reviewed does not establish that Swift personally owns that aircraft now or continues to use it exclusively.
The fair summary is historical/company-linked ownership and documented use, not a confirmed current personal aircraft. No reliable source reviewed verified the often-repeated $54 million value for a current Falcon 7X.

4. Oprah Winfrey — direct historical ownership claim, current model uncertain
Oprah Winfrey has directly described buying her first G4 in 1991 after an unpleasant airport experience. CNBC reported her account that she wrote a $25 million check, and she has also described owning an airplane as one of her greatest luxuries.
That is strong evidence of historical ownership. It does not prove that she personally owns the aircraft currently associated with registration N540W.
The current FAA record identifies N540W as a 2024 Gulfstream GVIII-G700 registered to Wilmington Trust Co. Trustee. Older reports calling N540W a G650 or G650ER are therefore stale or disputed. No reliable current $70 million–$80 million value was verified.

5. Celine Dion — private-aircraft use, not verified ownership
Celine Dion was documented using a private aircraft for a 2009 concert trip. An aviation photograph identifies Bombardier Global Express N701WH, manufacturer serial number 9010, as arriving with Dion for a performance in Puerto Rico.
That establishes use or association, not ownership. Current FAA material identifies the same airframe as a 1999 Bombardier BD-700-1A10 registered to MMAP LLC, and no reviewed public record names Dion as the owner.
The frequently repeated claim that Dion bought a $42 million Bombardier Global Express XRS in 2021 is unsupported by a tail number, serial number or purchase record. The aircraft in the 2009 record is also identified as an original Global Express rather than an XRS.

6. Beyoncé — reported gift, not verified personal ownership
Reports in 2012 said Beyoncé bought Jay-Z a Bombardier Challenger 850 as a Father’s Day gift, often attaching an estimated value of about $40 million. The reports did not provide a purchase document or aircraft-registration record.
A different aircraft, Bombardier Global 7500 registration N44440, has been associated with the couple in secondary aviation coverage. The FAA record confirms the aircraft is registered to an LLC but does not name Beyoncé or Jay-Z as legal owners or disclose beneficial ownership.
The responsible description is reported gift and aircraft association, not verified personal or joint ownership. The $40 million figure should remain an unconfirmed historical estimate.

7. Cardi B — documented private-jet user
Cardi B has used private jets, including a 2018 private flight that made an emergency landing in Chicago. In interviews, she has also discussed taking jets for group travel and later cutting back because of the expense.
Those sources do not identify an aircraft model, tail number, ownership company, lease or purchase transaction tied to her. Dollar figures mentioned in interviews describe the cost of particular trips, not the value of an aircraft.
Cardi B should therefore not appear on a confirmed private-jet ownership list. The supportable claim is that she has used private aviation.

8. Nicki Minaj — self-reported purchase, specific aircraft unverified
Nicki Minaj wrote on X in July 2025 that she had bought her first jet and that it was pink. This is a direct self-reported ownership claim.
However, the frequently cited link to Gulfstream IV-SP registration N428KS is not independently established. The FAA lists N428KS as registered to SN 1360 LLC, not Minaj personally. Earlier coverage also documented Minaj using other aircraft, including a Gulfstream G550 that reporting suggested was provided by Drake.
The strongest wording is that Minaj said she bought a pink jet, while the model, registration and purchase price remain unverified in the public sources reviewed.

9. Victoria Beckham — private-jet user, reported Challenger claim
Victoria Beckham has shared photographs from private jets, including images of herself aboard aircraft and in a pilot’s seat. Those posts establish travel or access, not ownership.
Some outlets have reported that David and Victoria Beckham had a Bombardier Challenger 350, with estimates around $25 million–$26.6 million. Other aviation coverage explicitly called the claim a rumor and said much of the couple’s travel was chartered.
The FAA record for one Challenger 350, N350PD, lists Brighid Air LLC as the registered owner and does not name the Beckhams. No primary source reviewed ties Victoria to a specific aircraft. She is best described as a documented private-jet user, not a verified aircraft owner.

10. Paris Hilton — recipient and user of “Sliv Air”
Paris Hilton is publicly associated with a customized Gulfstream G450 called Sliv Air. Robb Report and the refurbishment company StandardAero reported that the aircraft was presented to Hilton as a birthday gift from her husband, Carter Reum.
The FAA record for registration N11PH identifies a 2005 Gulfstream G450 registered to Pegasus Wings LLC. It does not name Hilton or Reum. The refurbishment documentation establishes a strong connection between Hilton and the aircraft, but it does not establish that she personally owns the LLC or holds legal title.
The careful description is that Hilton is the reported recipient and user of a bespoke aircraft registered to Pegasus Wings LLC. No reliable Paris-Hilton-specific purchase price was located.

What the records actually show
The ten entries fall into four different categories:
- Direct or strong public ownership claims: Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey and Nicki Minaj—but each still requires qualifications about the specific aircraft or legal title.
- Historical or company-linked ownership: Taylor Swift, whose former Falcon 900 was transferred in 2024 and whose current Falcon 7X ownership is not established.
- Reported recipients or LLC-linked aircraft: Kylie Jenner, Beyoncé and Paris Hilton.
- Documented users without verified ownership: Celine Dion, Cardi B and Victoria Beckham.
This is why a ranking based on aircraft price is misleading. A reported market value does not prove a purchase, and an aircraft used by a celebrity may belong to a company, trust, partner or charter operator.
Frequently asked questions
Which female celebrities are confirmed private-jet owners?
Public evidence supports carefully qualified ownership claims for Kim Kardashian, Oprah Winfrey and Nicki Minaj. Their specific current aircraft and legal title should not be stated more confidently than the available records allow.
Does a celebrity photo prove private-jet ownership?
No. A photo proves that someone was pictured with or used an aircraft. It does not establish title, beneficial ownership, a lease or a charter arrangement.
Are the aircraft prices in celebrity articles reliable?
Usually not without a documented sale, appraisal or direct disclosure. Many commonly repeated figures are media estimates, asking prices, renovation values or generic aircraft-market prices.
Is Kylie Jenner’s jet legally registered in her name?
The FAA record reviewed for N810KJ lists Rise & Shine Air LLC, not Kylie Jenner personally. Her beneficial ownership was not established in the sources reviewed.
Does Paris Hilton own Sliv Air?
She is publicly described as the recipient and user of the customized aircraft, but the FAA lists Pegasus Wings LLC as the registered owner. Personal or beneficial ownership by Hilton was not established.
Final assessment
Private jets are easy to photograph and surprisingly difficult to attribute accurately. This review found evidence of ownership claims, corporate registrations, historical aircraft transfers, private travel and reported gifts—but not ten clean cases of personally verified ownership.
That is the useful answer for readers. Rather than turning a celebrity photo or a property-site estimate into a fact, the article now explains what each public source actually supports and where the record remains uncertain.
Editorial note
Reviewed October 10, 2026. Aircraft registrations were checked against FAA records where available. Ownership and use claims were cross-checked with aviation publications, major news outlets, direct interviews, public social posts and aircraft-history sources. Entries were reclassified when the evidence supported use, a reported gift, historical ownership or LLC-held registration rather than personal legal ownership.
